If you already have an Aster account but are being redirected to sign-up pages or you can’t access your charts or dashboard, don’t worry! This is often a quick fix.


Try a Hard Refresh

Sometimes your browser stores outdated or cached data that can interfere with logging in. A hard refresh clears that data and forces the browser to load the most recent version of the page.

How to Hard Refresh

On Mac:

  • Hold down Command (⌘) + Shift + R

On Windows:

  • Hold down Control (Ctrl) + Shift + R

After the hard refresh, try logging in again at https://app.astercare.com.
