How To Create Immediate Postpartum

Overview

Congratulations! A new precious life has arrived. Aster helps you capture and preserve those first critical moments for both Mom and Baby.

Step 1

On the Labor & Birth page, click "Postpartum" in the top right corner.

Step 2

If you've just delivered a Baby, select "Update"

*Just curious? Select "Continue without updating"

Step 3

Scroll & enter Mom's details on the left. Use the vertical menu to quickly navigate to a particular section.

Scroll & enter the Baby's details on the right. Use the vertical menu to quickly navigate to a particular section.

*The data is logged in the bottom panel "Notes" section

Step 4

Once you have entered data, select "Add Record" at the bottom of each section. Click "Notes" to expand the notes panel. 

Step 5

Use the horizontal navigation bar to complete the following:

Go back to "Labor & Birth"

Enter Billing Codes

Download Encounter

Once completely done, select "Sign" on the top right corner of the page
