How To Send a Fax

Overview

Sending a fax with Aster is a quick and easy process that helps you securely share patient information. Whether you’re sending documents or encounter details, the platform allows you to fax directly from the patient’s profile with just a few steps.

Instructions

Step 1

From the home page click "Fax" on the vertical menu bar

Step 2

Select "Compose Fax" in the upper right corner of the page

Step 3

Enter details into each field & attach files

*Click save

Step 4

To confirm that your Fax was successfully sent, click "Sent" in the top horizontal navigation bar. View the Status to ensure it is "Complete."

*If your status is listed as "Error", verify the number and try again.
